Fartsy is a project by a creative technologist who thinks his artist friends deserve better websites.

• No "algorithms", control your own content in a simple-to-understand format.
• text should load within 5-10 seconds from anywhere in the world
• images should be automatically resized to load fast, no Photoshop required
• no Wordpress plug-in viruses or cryptic error messages to worry about
• No complicated CMS, create a page and start typing
• ability to export the entire website, including images, and be able to host it on any other web host

It's only the beginning. Fartsy's features will be driven by artists, with a maintainer actively listening and continuously building necessary features as voted by its users. We want to be around even 10 years later.
